A More Equitable Data Economy
Verida Missions not only offers an opportunity to contribute to the network’s development but also rewards users for their participation.
During the testnet phase, users can securely store and manage their data on the Verida Network at no cost. However, once the mainnet launches, Verida tokens (VDA) will serve as personal data storage credits, allowing users to continue enjoying secure and private data management within the network. By completing tasks and actively testing the network, participants earn XP points*, which can be converted to VDA storage credits on the mainnet during the claim phase. 1,000,000 VDA have been allocated for Verida community incentives, and eligibility and conditions will apply for claiming tokens. More details on the claiming process will be covered in a future article.
